Sophie Bulloch Increased Good-First-Issue initiative efforts by creating a new assignment workflow to assign contributors once they make a comment
Venilin Vasilev Fixed a race condition in node health handling that could cause excessive backoff under concurrent failures by ensuring backoff only increases when a node is healthy
